Business Manager

5-year full-time, contract position with a negotiated start date.

The Glennie School is an Anglican school for girls in Toowoomba, providing exceptional education for prep, primary and secondary students with boarding from Year 6. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs, care and support offered to students, as well as the commitment, dedication and professionalism of its staff. 

The Business Manager is an executive leadership position responsible for the administrative, financial, risk management and governance operations of The Glennie School, including service delivery, compliance and quality assurance, professional development and reporting across the portfolio. 

The Business Manager ensures that robust support services, systems and processes are implemented and sustained in order for The Glennie School to achieve its strategic directives and mission objectives. This leadership role contributes to the overall operational and strategic work of the organisation through its membership of the Senior Leadership Team. 

This is a full-time, 5-year contract position with a negotiated start date. The successful applicant is expected to support the School community in the continued promotion of the philosophy of the School which is founded on the School’s Mission Statement.
