This is a great opportunity for a Mathematics Teacher to join a dedicated team at The Glennie School. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of secondary schooling and the appropriate pedagogy.

Teachers who have a deeper understanding of visible learning, high impact learning strategies, and how to implement them in a classroom setting, would be at an advantage.
This position requires a dynamic person who supports innovative classroom practice and inspires within all students an appreciation of this subject.
The Glennie School is an Anglican school for girls in Toowoomba, providing an exceptional education for prep, primary and secondary students with boarding from Year 5. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs, care and support offered to students, as well as the commitment, dedication, and professionalism of its staff.
The candidate must be supportive and sympathetic to the ethos of Anglican Schools, must have a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers, and satisfy the right to work requirements.
All Glennie staff are required to comply with the School's Student Protection policy and adhere to the Child and Youth Risk Management policy and the School’s Code of Conduct.
Successful applicants are expected to contribute to the School co-curricular program and Wellbeing program.

This will be a fixed-term contract position commencing Term 3, July 2022 to the end of Term 2, March 2023, with a possible opportunity for continuation.
