Head Lights

wac-2Last week I travelled to the Charleville Show to catch up with Glennie families there and promote The School. I was profoundly moved to see how desolate the countryside looked and to hear the stories of suffering and hardship first-hand. This Sunday 24 May, at 2:00pm, the Toowoomba schools will be staging a “Droughtbusters” concert at the Empire Theatre. For $20 (adults) or $10 (students) you can help Lifeline in their work with drought-affected families in the bush. The Glennie/Grammar choir, Xpression, will be performing. They are well worth hearing, as are all the school groups. Please support them!
