The Mapleton Centre was the venue for the Year 6 Leadership Camp, which challenged all of our 44 Year 6 leaders in ways they never thought they would be challenged. From rock climbing and flying fox to sharing a meal at the French restaurant, our girls made every minute count.
I learnt how important it is to be organised and prepared (Charlotte Baker). I learnt a lot about my classmates and the importance of patience (Sally Baker-Jones). I learnt to be courageous and how supporting others who are scared can really help them (Addison Silver). Abseiling and hanging in the air wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. I enjoyed overcoming my fears (Kate Leis)
