Ella Harvey (Year 10), Georgia Bielby (Year 10) and Layla Proctor (Year 9) flew to Mackay to join the Under 15 Darling Downs Outdoor Cricket Team.
The girls had a convincing win on Saturday and a loss in their second game. On Monday they had a loss followed by a hard-fought win. This placed them 3rd in their pool.
On Tuesday, the girls had a 40 over game (rather than a 25 over game) and the girls finished the tournament with a hard-fought loss to Metropolitan West.
The girls showed great team effort with some great bowling and batting from Ella, great wicket-keeping and batting from Layla and some great fieldwork (with plenty of dives and slides) from Georgia.
