Strength and Conditioning | Middle Distance | Sprint

The strength, conditioning and running program will run three times a week throughout Term 4. The program will cover components of sports and physical fitness for Years 2 to 6 Junior Years students to influence athletic performance, prevent injuries and improve long-term health. The delivery of the program will be fun, safe and effective, with an appropriate exercise selection to benefit the students in their chosen discipline. The objective of this program is to help students build strength and improve fitness for Term 4 sport and beyond, leading into the 2020 athletics, swimming and cross-country season. Training will commence Tuesday, 8 October.

Weekly Sessions (all sessions will start on the top of the oval - please meet under the trees):

Mondays: 7:00am to 8:00am

Tuesdays: 3:30pm to 4:30pm

Thursdays: 7:00am to 8:00am
