– Be Connected. –

This term we will not be conducting a fundraiser. Instead, we will be having a GOODS RAISER’.

Next week, from 10 to 17 June we will be asking for donations of goods to help people who are less fortunate than ourselves.

The SRC girls have designated K-3 to bring certain items and Years 4-6 for others, however, ANY items would be greatly appreciated at any year level. This structure does not need to be strictly adhered to.

Kindergarten to Year 3 students will be invited to bring in items of tinned food. Suggestions are as follows:

  • powdered milk
  • tinned meals
  • tinned vegetables
  • spaghetti
  • tinned fruit
  • juice
  • soup
  • biscuits

Years 4 - 6:
Girls in Year 4 to 6 will be invited to bring items such as (but not limited to)

  • tissues
  • toilet rolls
  • hygiene items
  • blankets
  • warm clothes, especially beanies, scarves, gloves, jackets, socks, jumpers, track pants or tops (without holes in the knees!) - these items do not need to be new - just clean and in reasonably good condition.

Of course, any non-perishable items, hygiene items or warm clothing/blankets would be greatly appreciated. These can be for any age - babies through to adults.

All of the goods will be shared between the Anglican Parish Larder, Base Shelter on Neil Street and the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal.
