School leaders unite

On Wednesday, 8 May, student leaders from across the Darling Downs came together at Glennie for the annual Rankin Leaders' Dinner. The dinner is named after Dame Annabelle Rankin, who was a prefect at The Glennie Memorial School in 1925. The guest speaker this year was Councillor Megan O'Hara Sullivan who gave up her precious time to speak to us about the importance of power and influence, and how as the younger generation, we have the power to bring about positive change. Overall, it was a great evening filled with laughter and networking.
