Games, laughter, food and friendship! The Intra-Year Picnics were definitely a highlight of the week!
On Wednesday the 21st of August, each year group from 7 to 12 came together to have their own fun picnic. In each year level, girls brought delicious food to share and played a mix of games including 3-2-1 Home, Sardines and Duck-Duck Goose. There was even a dance battle between Years 7 and 12!
These picnics were organised by the School Representative Council to initiate their action plan of enhancing school pride and inclusion amongst year levels. While it was about having a good time, the Intra-Year Picnic was a marvellous opportunity for students to come together, connect and build inclusive relationships.
The picnics were a true success! We relaxed, we had fun and most importantly, we felt more connected as a school community.
