It's wonderful to see most of our boarding community back on deck albeit having to make a few adaptations to our normal routine. There are definitely some positive vibes happening with many of our girls trying a different range of activities to normal. As a community, we have a strong focus on health and well being, and have incorporated new ideas for nutrition, exercise and mental health promotion. Girls have really taken to our personal training sessions with Jo, and we are going on another bush walk this weekend.
So while we have some restrictions on leave and routine, I have been extremely impressed with the resilience and positive approach our boarders have adopted.
It is hard to believe that we only have three weeks left of this term and the girls have enjoyed working with tutoring staff in preparation for assessments. We've added some extra staff to assist any students that may have had gaps or needed some consolidation work after their online experience. If you feel your daughter may want to take advantage of this please contact boarding house staff and we will happily arrange support for this.
