Before and After School Care

From 7.00am to 8.30am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm, Pitstop offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Indoor activities can include a range of educational computer games, drawing, reading and puzzles and movies.  Some children use this time to complete homework and a quiet table is set aside for this purpose.

Pitstop uses the school's facilities for outdoor play.  This includes use of the covered playground equipment, sandpit and undercover courts.

Vacation Care

Vacation time allows Pitstop to offer a number of vacation activities:

  • excursions to the movies
  • picnics in the park
  • museum visits
  • indoor rock-climbing
  • ten-pin bowling
  • swimming at The Glennie Aquatic Centre
  • activities organised within the School grounds

Cooking, gift-making, painting and special craft projects are some of the activities children can enjoy indoors, during vacations.
