A Message from the Deputy Head of School

20 November 2015

This week has been a week of farewells culminating in the balloon release today by our 2015 Seniors. It would be fair to say that it has been a long and tiring week but most importantly, this week is one of the displays of what is the essence of Glennie’s DNA – its focus on community. Parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family members and friends, have all participated in the events of the week. The whole school has joined in the celebrations and our dedicated Old Girls’ community has also welcomed them into their ranks. At last night’s Formal, they were no longer the school girls of last week, but transformed into capable and confident young women, keen to experience life beyond Glennie. We wish them all the best and extend our congratulations to their parents for a job well done. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved rest!

Mrs Donna Evans
Deputy Head of School
Head of Middle Years
