How technology can help student’s mental health: A case study.

This presentation demonstrates how people working with young people in health education and welfare can use new and emerging technologies to help students with depression and anxiety. Using real life examples, participants will be taken through a step by step approach how to use technology in the pre-assessment phase, for smartphones, psycho-education for the young person and their family, treatment, homework and ongoing support.
