Head Lights

wasWhat a special day today for our school, as we all celebrated with, congratulated and farewelled our Year 12 school leaders. For some of the girls, the final Eucharist and Graduation Ceremony and balloon release this morning, brought to an end a thirteen-year association with Glennie.

Over the past week, they have celebrated with a Junior Years’ reunion morning tea, ‘mocktails’, senior picnic, mother/daughter breakfast, father/daughter bowling, and a wonderful formal, giving them many happy memories to take with them. We know that many girls leave with a little apprehension, but they are well-prepared young women ready to take their place in the big world.

From every staff member at Glennie who has been involved in their time with us, we send our very best wishes for a safe and wonderful future.

Mr Steve Warren
Head of Junior Years
