Head Lights

devHouse spirit is always high at Glennie. Even old girls who are grandparents of current students have been known to contact the School to ensure that their granddaughters are enrolled in their old house.

Heads of House work hard to promote house spirit evidenced yesterday with the Dr Tim Barrett and Margaret Sharpe Swimming Carnival. It was a very exciting day, well led by the Year 10 girls.

The House Shield presented on Speech Day represents a year of competition in a range of sports and cultural events. It is always very close and the final event often decides the winning house. This year will be no exception with the points from the Interhouse Dance Drama Competition deciding the winning house for 2013. Good luck for Tuesday girls. May the best house win!
