Head Lights

devThis week has been a very special one in the School’s calendar as we have celebrated our 105th anniversary and taken time to reflect upon Archdeacon Benjamin Glennie’s legacy. Rev’d Powell’s address at the Year 8 – 12 Founder’s Day service reminded us that it is good foundations that make for a strong building and certainly the Archdeacon’s strong faith and life of service have provided the strong foundations that still define The Glennie School today. As Miss Powell reminded us, it is the richness of our values that are more important than any material wealth we may acquire during our lifetime. We have much to thank Archdeacon Glennie for.
