Head Lights

wacToday I had the privilege of meeting the Catholic Bishop of Toowoomba, Bishop Robert. He had just spoken at the Inter-Faith conference organised by the Pure Land Learning College and had told the delegates that in Toowoomba, there are no Outsiders. What a wonderful sentiment, and how powerful for a community leader to express it thus. We would like to see the same thing at Glennie: no Outsiders. It is not always easy for young people to navigate relationships successfully, but if we can foster a spirit of acceptance and inclusion, we will be doing well, and so will they.
