Junior Years P to 6
Glennie Junior Years, is where your daughter’s education journey begins. These are critical years that will form the basis of your daughter’s future development and growth both physically and socially. The Junior Years curriculum has been specifically designed for this and provides a strong basis for enhancing literacy, numeracy and thinking skills.
We want our students to experience a progressive and enlightening educational program, that nurtures them in the fellowship of Christian care and develops their skills on the foundation of trust, integrity and social responsibility.
To provide this living education experience in the Junior Years, we seek to absorb and use innovative learning programs, provide contemporary resources and modern facilities, retain quality teachers and achieve an important balance in learning excellence.
Every girl from Years P to 6 is expected to give of her best. Emphasis is placed on the basic skills of literacy and numeracy. All Glennie Junior Years programs are based upon the Australian Curriculum syllabus materials and the curriculum is shaped around the Key Learning Areas. The programs we have developed are designed to incorporate The National Agenda.
