Working at Glennie

Swimming Instructors & Gymnastics Coaches part-time, contract positions

The Glennie School is an Anglican school for girls in Toowoomba, providing education for prep, primary and secondary students with boarding from Year 6. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs, care and support offered to students, as well as the commitment, dedication and professionalism of its staff.

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic team members who are keen to assist children to develop swimming and water safety and/ or gymnastics skills who understand the importance of acting as role models for girls.

Previous experience and qualifications are not required as training can be provided - we are looking for people with great attitudes who love working with children.

Qualified coaches and instructors are also invited to apply. These positions are part-time commencing immediately and continuing until April 2018. The Monday to Saturday roster will vary from term to term, depending on bookings and staffing requirements.

The current part-time hourly pay rate ranges from $20.40 - $23.61 plus entitlements depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant must be supportive and sympathetic to the ethos of Anglican Schools and must either have a current Blue Card or have their application in process.
