Junior Years – Tuckshop and Café Convenor, part-time, contract position

The Glennie School is an Anglican school for girls in Toowoomba, providing exceptional education for prep, primary and secondary students with boarding from Year 6. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs, care and support offered to students, as well as the commitment, dedication and professionalism of its staff.

We are seeking to appoint a convenor to run our Glennie Tuckshop and Café.

The Junior Years Tuckshop Convenor at The Glennie School coordinates with support the running and administration of the Glennie Junior Years Tuckshop and Café and the allocation of rosters and duties to the volunteers. The position requires a client centred approach in offering a café/catering experience to the school community.

This position is a part-time, extended term-time position commencing in Term 1 and continuing until the end of the school year for 15 hours per week. The current part-time hourly pay rate is $25.58 plus entitlements.

The successful applicant must be supportive and sympathetic to the ethos of Anglican Schools and must either have a current Blue Card or have their application in process.
